We are hiring Front End Web Engineer!

Role: Front End Web Engineer

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~5 Months

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to design and build modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role is ideal for someone who excels at creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces and has a strong foundation in modern JavaScript frameworks. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless digital experiences, including UI solutions that support emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React (preferred) or Angular with TypeScript
  • Translate business requirements, wireframes, and user stories into functional and visually appealing UI components
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and data services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished, production-ready solutions
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and performance
  • Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of experience in frontend development
  • Strong expertise in React or Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proven ability to translate development requirements into intuitive UI/UX
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
  • Experience building and maintaining large-scale, production-grade applications
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled applications

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $62.49

per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
