Job Title: Finance & Accounting - Sr Analyst FastPay
Location: Hybrid in Memphis, Tennessee. Onsite: Tuesday & Wednesday, remote Monday, Thursday and Friday
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr. (paid weekly on W2)
Role Overview
A detail-oriented Operations/Finance Analyst is sought to manage commission payment operations, support external partner accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, facilitate onboarding activities, and drive operational improvements. This role requires a combination of client relationship management, financial operations expertise, analytical problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities. The position is a hybrid role with onsite work required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for meeting planner company accounts and external partners.
- Research, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile financial records and commission payments.
- Support onboarding activities for partner accounts.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows and processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Deliver customer service while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong customer/account management experience.
- Experience with commission processing, billing, invoicing, payment administration, or financial operations.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Ability to reconcile financial information and identify root causes of issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
