This is a highly visible, execution‑focused role within a fast‑paced Workplace Health & Safety organization, ideal for candidates who enjoy being onsite, leading vendors, and driving projects to completion.

What You’ll Do
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of workstation decommissioning and installation projects
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for third‑party vendors and installers
- Travel to project sites and lead execution during critical install phases
- Conduct site kick‑off calls, coordinate timelines, and manage installation readiness
- Track vendor progress, resolve issues in real time, and ensure timelines stay on track
- Sign off on completed installs and validate final checklists for project acceptance
- Coordinate closely with site leadership, operations, IT, safety, and procurement teams
- Manage equipment ordering and procurement workflows
- Provide progress updates, metrics, and reporting for leadership and project stakeholders
Travel & Schedule Expectations
- 60–75% travel required across the United States
- Mandatory onsite presence during the first week of each project
- Potential onsite presence during final week for handoff and close‑out
- Flexible schedule based on site needs, including early mornings, late afternoons, and occasional weekend work
- Some days may extend to 10–12 hours depending on project phase
