Location: Chesapeake, Virginia (On-site)
Role Overview
This position is for an Application Support Analyst with a focus on supporting a PeopleSoft ERP environment. The role requires providing day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with administration and maintenance to ensure business continuity. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment is required. Experience with PeopleSoft support is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL is required. Reporting experience and database knowledge are required. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
General Skills: Strong communication skills are required. The ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up is necessary. The ability to operate effectively within a small support team is required.
