Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts; manage workload, development, and output quality.
- Build business models, perform predictive and “what-if” analysis, and conduct deep‑dive operational analytics.
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting; ensure data quality and consistency.
- Oversee operating and capital budgets; monitor financial performance and prepare variance reports.
- Manage procurement processes and vendor contracts for Operations teams.
- Implement process improvements, automation, and advanced analytics (AI/ML where applicable).
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 6 years relevant experience).
- 7 years in analytics, BI, or operations; 3 years in leadership.
- 5–7 years in program/project controls.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau/Power BI.
- Experience with data lakes/warehouses and cloud data environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
- Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Business.
- Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Background in high‑volume transaction industries (transportation, logistics, mobility, etc.).
- Finance and procurement experience.
