As a Data Engineer, you'll architect and maintain scalable solutions that support data analytics across large, distributed systems. You'll play a critical role in building end-to-end pipelines, creating intuitive reports, and working directly with stakeholders to bring clarity and insight to their data.
Must-Haves:
- Strong experience with enterprise BI platforms, such as Oracle BI Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Advanced SQL skills for complex query development
- Programming experience in Python or Scala
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks like Apache Spark
- Experience with non-relational databases such as document, key-value, or column-family stores
- Proven track record designing end-to-end data solutions in high-availability environments
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7 years in BI/reporting and at least 3 years with large-scale data infrastructure
- Design and build distributed data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and delivering large datasets
- Develop business intelligence dashboards and reports using enterprise-grade tools
- Create data models and maintain metadata for streamlined analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement actionable data solutions
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and governance across systems
- Monitor performance and optimize systems for scalability and efficiency
