- Gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
- Connect to a self-service data warehouse to pull specific data.
- Use Power Query to process data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Load data into presentation decks and create visuals in Excel.
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and data models.
- Handle ad hoc data requests.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
Technical Skills:
- Excel and Power Query
- SQL (T-SQL, Snow SQL)
- Power BI (incremental refresh experience)
- Requirements gathering and communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Healthcare industry experience.
