We are seeking an experienced Creative Marketing Program Manager. In this role, you will help scale creative operations and drive brand consistency across a marketing organization through process optimization, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration. This is an opportunity to make an impact on how creative operations are scaled across a large marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years managing creative vendor or agency programs and 10 years working in brand or marketing organizations. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are required, along with experience interpreting and communicating brand strategy.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 to $68.00 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.

- Partner with marketing teams to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes that facilitate the creation of on-brand content.
- Manage relationships with creative vendors and agency partners to deliver high-quality work.
- Create and oversee training programs to help teams understand and apply brand guidelines.
- Lead internal communications regarding brand standards, processes, and best practices.
- Maintain and improve brand resources, documentation, and support channels.
- Track program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with peers on scaling initiatives and process improvements.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years managing creative vendor or agency programs and 10 years working in brand or marketing organizations. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills are required, along with experience interpreting and communicating brand strategy.
- Technical competence: Working with AI and automation tools.
- Brand governance and strategy: Experience managing creative vendor relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners, interpreting and governing brand strategies and guidance.
- Process definition: Building and managing brand and creative training and auditing mechanisms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or B2B organizations.
- Background with global or multi-market campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation.
- 10 years of vendor/agency program management experience, within an in-house brand or marketing org.
- Familiarity with design processes, tools, and systems, with a keen eye for optimization and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and asset management best practices.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across different organizational units.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision
