Position Overview
Our client, a D2C wellness brand, is looking for a freelance Creative Project Coordinator to assist their team! This will be a 20-40 hour / week position, 100% remote, through EOY with potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal team members to support daily operations, including project planning, calendar management, prioritization, tracking, and content quality assurance
- Coordinate meetings with team members and external stakeholders (brainstorming sessions, stand-ups, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines and creative assets
- Update project details in project management software to track progress
- Collect and relay feedback to relevant teams, addressing any roadblocks promptly
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally within a creative team or environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with AirTable, Slack, or Google Drive is a plus
