The Contracts Coordinator position provides daily operational support to our client's transaction teams, ensuring smooth execution of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management activities. This role works heavily with internal systems, documentation, and cross‑functional partners to keep processes running efficiently.

Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Background in supply chain or related field
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
- Experience managing data and maintaining shared document sites
- Self‑starter with strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong internal customer service mindset
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team‑focused and dependable
- Manage supplier registrations, updates, and related data
- Track and escalate insurance certificate renewals for service contracts
- Draft and process low‑risk documents (SOWs, change orders, amendments, NDAs)
- Support software renewal processes (Enterprise only)
- Coordinate with business units and contract agents on Maximo contract record updates, including expiration and review dates
- Maintain master contract compliance documents (e.g., background forms, EMR data)
- Provide ad hoc support for special projects as needed
