Position: Communication Specialist

Location: Onsite in Juno Beach, FL

Duration : 12-18 month contract to hire

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Communication Specialist to join the Operational Excellence team. This role is pivotal in crafting clear, engaging, and visually appealing communications for internal audiences. You will work closely with various stakeholders to capture information—ranging from process documentation to team updates—and transform it into user-friendly content that drives engagement and understandin

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to gather and synthesize information.
  • Create clear, concise, and engaging communications for internal audiences, including:
    • Process documentation and knowledge base updates.
    • Team member spotlights, memos, and announcements.
    • Training materials and promotional content for internal initiatives.
  • Design visually compelling content for internal marketing and social media-style posts, including graphics and short videos.
  • Support department events and internal marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews and build relationships across the organization to foster community.
  • Maintain and update the department’s knowledge base in Confluence .

Must Have Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–4 years in communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of publishing workflows.
  • Proficiency in creating visuals and graphics for knowledge base content.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a communications background.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and soft skills for stakeholder engagement.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Confluence .
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) exposure.
