About The Role
Amazon is seeking two Recruiter I professionals to support the Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) team within Stores Talent Acquisition. This role is not a sourcing recruiter position; instead, it focuses on operational, analytical, and candidate‑facing support for RBPs who partner directly with VP‑level leaders and business stakeholders across Amazon.com, Marketplace, Emerging Markets, and related lines of business.
You will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for candidates during the offer and onboarding phases, while also providing tactical support to RBPs through data analysis, interview coordination, document preparation, and pipeline health monitoring. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, operational excellence, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Support
- Serve as the face of recruiting to hiring managers during the offer and onboarding stages.
- Partner closely with Sourcing Recruiters who handle intake and pipeline development.
- Support Recruiting Business Partners with tactical recruiting operations, including interview coordination, business reviews, and document creation.
- Monitor requisition pipeline health and ensure successful progression of candidates.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers from requisition creation through onboarding.
- Engage with candidates during the offer phase to set accurate expectations around compensation and leveling.
- Prepare and extend offers within Amazon’s compensation guidelines.
- Clearly explain Amazon’s compensation philosophy and total compensation structure.
- Address and resolve candidate concerns related to role, level, team, or compensation.
- Negotiate and close candidates effectively.
- Use recruiting metrics to provide reporting and insights to RBPs and hiring managers.
- Deliver regular pipeline updates and identify trends or bottlenecks.
- Maintain data integrity across all recruiting systems and processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, blockers, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Recommend solutions and escalate issues when needed.
- Ensure compliance with regional, federal, and international hiring regulations.
- Handle sensitive candidate and employee information with strict confidentiality.
- A blend of collaborative and heads‑down independent work.
- You will work closely with at least one Recruiting Business Partner while also managing your own workflow.
- Fast‑paced, dynamic environment with varied tasks depending on business needs.
- 3‑week ramp period:
- Week 1: Structured, heads‑down training with provided materials
- Weeks 2–3: On‑the‑job training alongside an experienced RBP
- You’ll support RBPs who serve as strategic advisors to senior business leaders.
- Work is dynamic and varies based on business needs—pipeline analysis, interview health, internal mobility initiatives, project support, and document creation.
