The Cloud First program is enterprise‑wide and public‑cloud focused, spanning day‑to‑day operations, financial platforms, trading, and core business applications. The organization has already defined modernization as migrating specific applications to AWS and has a roadmap and deliverables in place. The current gap is execution, visibility, and value articulation.

- Drive execution against the modernization roadmap
- Increase organizational transparency and adoption
- Treat AWS as a product with clear value, outcomes, and stakeholder journeys
- Shift IT from “just get it done” to “why it matters and what it delivers”
Key Responsibilities
- Map and document AS‑IS / TO‑BE processes for applications moving to AWS
- Support execution of the cloud modernization roadmap through process clarity and dependency management
- Partner with IT, engineering, security, finance, and operations to ensure aligned workflows
- Create and maintain process artifacts, standards, and playbooks
- Leverage AI/Copilot tools to accelerate documentation and analysis
- Strong business process analysis and product operations background
- Experience documenting complex enterprise workflows
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud modernization concepts
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and structured
- Comfortable operating between business and technical teams
