Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new Marketing and Product initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Billing catalog designs.
- Manage end-to-end project tasks including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and launch.
- Participate in daily meetings to prioritize and adjust project work based on evolving requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in catalog setup and service code configurations.
- Proven experience with Product Catalog setup and configuration in systems such as CSG, ICOMS, AMDOCS, or Siebel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
