Our client, a consulting group, is seeking a NYC-Based part-time freelance Associate Creative Director and Art Director with expertise in Content/Social Media to join their team for an ongoing basis to assist with a new client in the food and beverage space.

This will be a mostly remote role BUT onsite will be required at times for shoots, client meetings and team meetings.

This ACD role is slated for 48 hours a MONTH.
The AD role is slated for 60 hours a MONTH.

In both roles, they are seeking expertise in the food and beverage space. Focus on the content promoting the product side with strong branded visuals that pop, but some shoots may include people.

Associate Creative Director - $60-75/hr
5 years as a Creative Lead in an agency.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of evergreen content series
• Guide visual and conceptual direction for social creative
• Review stakeholder feedback and refine ideas for resonance
• Define social-first visual identity, templates, and tone of voice
• Ensure creative quality, brand alignment, and audience relevance
• Oversee monthly content development for organic calendars

Art Director - $40-60/hr
5 years in an agency setting.
Responsibilities:

• Develop visual concepts for static and video posts
• Produce social-first designs aligned with visual identity guidelines
• Create templates, graphics, and assets for content calendars
• Ensure content is platform-optimized and brand-consistent

BOTH JOBS

• Experience in CPG or Food/Bev industry is needed
• Proficiency in CapCut, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere
• Previous experience in a social-first creative environment
• Copywriting skills are a plus
• Experience working high-level photo/video shoot production is a plus
• Must have their own workstation

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
