Location: Carlisle, PA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing the maintenance and execution of item data, including additions, deletions, and price changes. The successful candidate will ensure data integrity, support promotional activities, and work to resolve business and project requirements through detailed analysis and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in an analyst role is required. The candidate must be able to work independently in complex situations.
Skills: The candidate must possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, a customer service focus, and organizational and planning abilities. A working knowledge of most areas of business analysis is needed.
Work Environment
This position requires the candidate to be onsite at a client office three days a week and available to work remotely for the remaining two days to address any urgent needs.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $27 - $30/hour W2 depending on overall experience.

- Manage the maintenance and execution of all UPC additions, deletions, and price changes.
- Apply appropriate attributes as part of the data management process.
- Run regular file matches of system data against master UPC lists and address any differences.
- Manage item maintenance and upload for all promotions.
- Manage and execute UPC/SKU set up for post-season markdowns.
- Discover underlying business needs and information related to product and project requirements through stakeholder conversations.
- Organize, specify, and model requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.
- Document requirements by creating Acceptance Criteria, User Stories, or Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Ensure requirements map to business needs, are approved by stakeholders, and meet quality standards.
