- Support manual accounting processes during a system conversion from Grover to Oracle.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Microsoft Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The pay rate for this position is $29.00 per hour.
