A&E Analyst
Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
This position requires cross-functional coordination and serves as a design resource for the business and our internal team. The role supports the senior project manager and project manager in all aspects of project and program delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with external consultants and be collectively responsible for project-specific architectural and engineering design, drawings, documentation, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Education: A Bachelor's or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design, or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in Design, Architecture, Engineering, and associated processes is required. Candidates must have experience in a variety of construction types, reading and preparing architectural and engineering technical drawings, and understanding construction documents.
Technical Skills: Experience with AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), Excel, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is required.

- Support data management and tool use, such as Microsoft Projects for scheduling and TRIRIGA for project management support, including document storage, invoice processing, and bidding.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A/E Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
- Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Utilize strong presentation skills to represent the company brand before city design review boards and planning commissions.
