Part-time, 30 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Little Rock, AR
Summary:
This individual is responsible for documenting provider's encounters with patients according to provider's directives. Timely and accurate documentation in EHR requires good listening skills, typing skills, familiarity with computer systems and medical terminology. Must be unobtrusive and attentive. Submits orders electronically as directed by provider. Supports other medical staff members as necessary to maintain patient flow.
Other information:
• HS Diploma and/or GED
• Medical Assistant Certificate and/or Registry from an accredited institution preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as preferred in a clinical setting and/or equivalent.
• Electronic Health Record experience required.
