Medical Receptionist
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Our client is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join their specialty clinic team! As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage schedules
- Check patients in and out, verifying information and collecting necessary paperwork
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 monthsexperience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office
