Corporate Assistant

Top notch national firm looking for an experienced Corporate Assistant for their Little Rock office. This person will support attorneys in the corporate group, with a focus on public company securities and M&A transactions. This role is key to keeping our high-volume practice running smoothly — managing calendars, clients, documents, and deadlines with professionalism and a positive attitude.

🔷 What You’ll Do

• Keep attorneys organized — manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.

• Be a point of contact for clients and team members; draft and manage communications.

• Prepare, proofread, and finalize transaction documents, board materials, NDAs, and closing binders.

• Help track billable time, process expenses, and coordinate billing.

• Keep client and deal files organized and confidential.

• Support corporate transactions like M&A, financings, and governance work.

• Assist with CLE records, bar memberships, and other admin tasks as needed.

🔷 What We’re Looking For

✔ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities under pressure.
✔ Excellent communication and people skills.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Intapp or NetDocuments is a plus.
✔ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate a plus.
✔ At least 5 years’ experience supporting senior attorneys or executives, ideally in corporate or transactional law.
✔ Notary Public (or willing to become one) preferred.
