Outbound Appointment Setter (HVAC & Plumbing) — 2 Years Experience Required

Location: Elkhorn, NE (just off Dodge St)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:35 PM
Compensation: Performance-based pay, up to $25/hour

What You’ll Do
- Place outbound calls to current and prospective customers
- Schedule heating, cooling, and plumbing maintenance/service appointments
- Follow a proven call flow and update notes in our CRM/dispatch system
- Confirm next-day schedules and coordinate with dispatch as needed
- Deliver friendly, professional customer care on every call
- Meet daily/weekly booking and quality targets

What We’re Looking For
