Daily responsibilities include handling phone, email, and online communications, documenting interactions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The agent supports a positive customer experience by maintaining professionalism, empathy, and clear communication. This role also collaborates with the agency team to improve processes, support sales efforts, and uphold service standards.

- Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and in general Customer Service.
- Skills in Customer Support and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience focusing on overall Customer Experience and building long-term client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including reliable access to technology for remote work.
