• Lead and Grow - Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For 

• Proven Leadership - Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role 

• Strong Business Acumen - Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations
