Position Summary
The ideal candidate will bring strong residential experience and hold both a Master Electrician and Contractor License. You'll have the chance to shape and build our electrical department from the ground up, working closely with leadership to deliver top-notch service to our customers.
Qualifications
Must hold Master and Contractor Electrical Licenses (Required)
Strong residential electrical experience
Leadership qualities and ability to help build a growing team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation
Base Pay: $15,000 – $25,000/year (plus additional earning potential based on department growth and structure)
