What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR / Project Coordinator position at Apex Restoration?
Apex Restoration is an independently owned property restoration company specializing in water mitigation, mold, asbestos, and lead remediation. We're hiring a CSR / Project Coordinator to anchor our Boise office and serve as the link between our customers, field crews, and project managers.
You'll often be the first voice a property owner hears after a loss, and your work directly shapes whether their job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Primary Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers, adjusters, and vendors. Identify what each caller needs and route or resolve the request.
Enter new jobs and customer information into our CRM with accuracy and consistency, so the rest of the team can do their work without rework.
Dispatch technicians to inspections, monitoring visits, and demo days. Keep the daily schedule moving.
Own customer communication. This is the most important function of the role. Customers need to know when their job is starting, what to expect next, and how their job fits in the queue. Proactive, consistent communication is what keeps customers confident and jobs on the books.
Help retain jobs at risk of cancellation. When a customer hesitates because of carrier delays or outside pressure, your role is to provide a calm response and a clear next step.
Provide general administrative support to project managers and the office as needed.
What We're Looking For
Someone organized, dependable, and genuinely invested in doing the job well. Restoration background is preferred but not required; we'll train the right person. We need someone who notices when a customer hasn't been contacted recently and follows up without being asked.
Relevant backgrounds include property management, construction, insurance, real estate, medical or dental front office, or any role that required juggling multiple priorities and clients with strong follow-through.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $45,000 to $60,000 based on experience. Monday through Friday hours with no on-call rotation. A small, focused team where individual contributions are visible. Room to grow into estimating, billing, or operations over time.
