We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Representative to grow and manage our plumber referral network across the Treasure Valley. This is a true field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and staying visible in the market every day.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and sign new plumbing partners across Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding areas
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits
- Track referral activity and proactively re-engage partners
- Represent Apex at shops, job sites, and local industry events
- Deliver fast communication and reliable service to partners
- Keep CRM updated with field activity, visits, and pipeline

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of B2B field sales experience (home services/trades preferred)
