The Role
We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network. This is a contact-sport field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt and sign new plumbing partners across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits
- Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly
- Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings
- Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service
- Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

What You Bring
- 2–5 years B2B field sales experience (trade/home services preferred)
