 Apex Restoration DKI is a leading restoration contractor in Tennessee and Alabama based out of Tullahoma, Tennessee with over 20 years of experience in disaster restoration. . Apex Restoration DKI provides restoration services to commercial, insurance, and residential clients. The services available to customers include emergency response, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, fire & smoke damage, and water damage repair. Requirements:

• • Construction experience required
  • You care about the details and will follow through to completion of a project
  • 
    Excellent skills in verbal/written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management
  • 
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • 
    Basic computer skills
  • 
    Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
  • 
    Must pass a background check and drug test
  • 
    No felony convictions 
  • 
    Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    
    

Responsibilities:

• Set and manage client expectations
• Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule
• Oversee material delivery
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with project team, subcontractors, and homeowners.
• Verify that quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations
• Coordinate with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures
• Maintain and post all documentation in accordance with company policies
• Daily communications by phone and email with project team and homeowners

Compensation:

• • • 
      Base salary: $40-50k/yr depending on experience
    • 
      Employee is eligible for company bonus plan after 90 day probation period
