Position Overview

Lead all café operations, ensuring smooth service, excellent food quality, and outstanding client experiences. This role combines hands-on leadership, team development, and operational oversight to deliver Apex’s high standards every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, update and execute menus that align with Apex and client expectations

• Oversee food prep, production, presentation, and quality control

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations

• Manage inventory, purchasing, and kitchen equipment maintenance

• Control budgets, track costs, and prepare accurate reports

• Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff for top performance

• Build strong client relationships and represent Apex at events

• Solving problems quickly to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Preferred 3 years of food service or hospitality management experience

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

• Able to stand for long periods and lift to 30 lbs.

• Bilingual a plus
