What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email Marketing Specialist position at APEX Quality Assurance?
The Role:
You'll be the driving force behind every email that lands in our prospects' and customers' inboxes. From first-touch nurtures to post-sale lifecycle flows, you'll use segmentation, testing, and analytics to turn engagement into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Build and deploy nurture tracks, drip sequences, newsletters, webinar invites, and ABM plays
- Segment audiences by firmographics, behavior, and lifecycle stage; personalize with dynamic content
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, send times, and layouts; report on opens, CTR, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline sourced
- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and list hygiene (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, suppression, re-engagement)
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL
What You Bring
- 3 years in B2B email marketing (consulting/education preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot
- Proven results from segmented nurture programs
- Strong persuasive copy instincts, and A/B testing discipline
- Solid grasp of deliverability fundamentals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Pay: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
