With new client and brand partnerships underway, the Customer Representative role has become an essential part of our continued success. The Customer Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for new customers on behalf of our clients—building meaningful connections, guiding customers through the sales process, and providing tailored solutions that align with their needs. Responsibilities of the Customer Representative

• Proactively engage with customers in person to educate them on the full range of products and services, ensuring each interaction is personalized and leaves a positive impression.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, local events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and develop lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support and execute strategic sales initiatives that drive measurable results.
• Analyze customer feedback and trends to help identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in outreach and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to support data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new Customer Representatives, fostering a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development workshops, team strategy sessions, and role-playing exercises to refine communication, sales, and management skills.

Qualifications for the Customer Representative Position

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a Customer Representative, or in a sales, customer service, or other customer-facing role, is helpful but not mandatory.
• Any leadership, supervisory, or team management experience is an advantage for a Customer Sales Associate seeking long-term growth.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain meaningful customer relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to help each Customer Sales Associate represent the company with professionalism and confidence.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with a proactive mindset and the drive to achieve results independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Adaptable, resilient, and motivated to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,454.33 - $57,149.30 per year
