We are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinator to support local fundraising and community outreach events in the Little Rock area. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, nonprofit marketing, and community engagement. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

As a Charity Event Coordinator, you will assist with planning, setting up, and managing live fundraising events while interacting with the public and supporting charitable initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of charity and community events

Engage with attendees and share information about the organization’s mission

Support fundraising efforts through face-to-face interaction

Work alongside team members to ensure events run smoothly

Track basic event participation and feedback

Maintain a professional and positive brand presence at all events

Qualifications

No prior experience required (entry-level role)
