Apex Precision Strategies is a growing marketing and events company based in Little Rock, AR partnering with charitable organizations to create meaningful, high-impact fundraising events in local communities. We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-driven Charity Fundraising Representative to join our team immediately.
No experience needed. Full paid training from day one.
What You'll Do
- Represent our charity partners at pop-up fundraising events and community activations throughout Little Rock
- Engage members of the public face-to-face — sharing the mission of the causes we support and inspiring donations and recurring giving
- Research, book, and coordinate fundraising events and promotional shows in the Little Rock area
- Assess staffing needs and build event schedules accordingly
- Train and supervise Event Demonstrators on setup, teardown, and performance expectations
- Oversee booth setup and breakdown at every event — keeping everything sharp and on brand
- Accurately collect and track donor sign-ups, participation data, and event feedback
- Manage event budgets and monitor return on investment
- Report any equipment or display issues to the Division Manager promptly
- Support additional marketing initiatives as assigned
What We're Looking For
- A natural communicator who's comfortable engaging with strangers face-to-face
- Natural leadership ability and comfort guiding a team
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking — you bring energy to every shift
- Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours and lifting up to 40 lbs for event setup
- Available for evenings and weekends as event schedules require
- Reliable transportation required
- No prior experience needed — we train you completely from day one
