About the role
As an Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinator at Apex Precision Strategies, you will play a hands-on role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing charity events and promotional shows in the Little Rock area. You will also support local marketing initiatives, lead a team of Event Demonstrators, and help ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a strong return on investment.
What you will do
- Research, evaluate, and book divisional events and promotional shows
- Assess staffing needs for upcoming events and build schedules accordingly
- Hire and train Event Demonstrators on setup, teardown, and performance expectations
- Supervise Event Demonstrators on-site and address performance issues as they arise
- Oversee all booth setup and teardown at events
- Report display or equipment issues to the Division Manager for resolution
- Ensure accurate collection of customer lead information at every event
- Manage event budgets and monitor return on investment
- Demonstrate products to customers at events and respond to questions
- Support additional marketing initiatives and duties as assigned

- Ability to stand for 8–10 hours during events
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for booth setup and teardown
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- No prior experience required — we provide full training
Compensation & benefits
- $800 – $1,200 per week based on performance and experience
