Apex Pool Construction is seeking experienced Arizona licensed Pool Construction Contractors to partner with us throughout the Phoenix metro area.

If you own or operate your own construction business, have an established subcontractor network, and want a consistent pipeline of qualified homeowner appointments without spending your own money on marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) opportunity designed for experienced professionals who can meet homeowners, close projects, and manage construction from start to finish.

Compensation

$10,000 to $40,000 per month

Independent Contractor (1099)

Your earnings depend on your close rate, project volume, and overall performance.

Our contractors typically receive 2 to 3 qualified homeowner appointments per day.

Typical project values range from $40,000 to $250,000.

Successful contractors commonly install $450,000 to $600,000 in projects each month through consistent follow-up, communication, and project execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
• Understand the homeowner's vision and develop the pool design with them
• Prepare accurate estimates using Apex's estimating software
• Present and follow up on proposals
• Close projects through professional communication and relationship building
• Collect customer deposits
• Manage the entire construction project from start to finish
• Build, hire, and manage your own subcontractor team
• Coordinate permits, inspections, scheduling, materials, and project completion
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the project

Minimum Requirements

• Active Arizona ROC Contractor License
• KB1
• B-04
• B-05
• Minimum 5 years of residential swimming pool construction experience
• Own or operate your own construction business
• Established subcontractor network or the ability to build and manage one
• Experience managing projects from estimate through completion
• Comfortable meeting with homeowners and conducting in-home consultations
• Strong estimating, sales, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Professional appearance and follow-up skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
