Apex Pool Construction is looking for experienced Pool Construction Contractors to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona.

If you are a licensed General Contractor with extensive swimming pool construction experience and strong sales skills, we will provide qualified homeowners who are actively looking to build a pool. You focus on meeting with customers, closing projects, and managing construction while we handle the marketing and lead generation.

This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity with a consistent pipeline of high-value appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners who have requested pool installation estimates.
• Understand each customer's project requirements.
• Use our estimating software to prepare pricing.
• Work with our in-house design team to provide project renderings.
• Follow up with homeowners by phone and text.
• Close projects and collect customer deposits.
• Manage construction projects through completion.
• Pay Apex Pool Construction an agreed-upon commission after the homeowner pays you.

How Our Process Works

• We generate qualified homeowner leads through paid advertising.
• We schedule appointments for you.
• You meet with the homeowner and perform the estimate.
• Our design team prepares professional project renderings.
• We generate the proposal.
• You follow up with the customer and close the sale.
• The homeowner pays you directly.
• You complete the project and pay Apex an agreed commission.

Hiring Process

After you apply and complete the screening questions:

• Complete a phone interview.
• If selected, receive four qualified appointments with projects valued between $50,000 and $100,000.
• Close one project and enter into a long-term partnership agreement.
• Begin receiving two to three qualified appointments per day.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active General Contractor (GC) License.
• At least 5 years of swimming pool construction experience.
• Located in or able to work throughout Phoenix, Arizona.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable selling high-value residential construction projects.
• Organized, professional, and reliable.
