What your day will look like:
- Conduct legal research and gather information relevant to cases and projects
- Draft, review, organize, and maintain legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with case preparation and court-related documentation
- Manage legal files, records, and document management systems
- Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and legal calendars
- Attend public meetings as needed and assist with meeting preparation
- Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative and project-related tasks
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and documentation requirements
What we are looking for:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Paralegal Certification required
- Minimum of three (3) years of Paralegal experience
- Knowledge of legal research methods, court procedures, and legal documentation
- Proficiency with legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Additional Information:
- Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Office setting with occasional attendance at public meetings, including evening meetings
- Extended hours may be required for preparation of cases, meetings, or special projects
- Selected candidate may begin employment pending completion of a background check
