Compensation & Shift Premiums
- Starting Pay: $25–$30/hour
- 5% Shift Differential for Afternoons
- 6% Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
- Most openings are on afternoon and evening shifts
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating and/or setting up multiple CNC and manual machines including mills and lathes
- Working in a precision-driven medical device manufacturing environment
- Using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
- Supporting production, machining, finishing, and robotic operations
- Maintaining accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process
What We’re Looking For
Level I Candidates:
- Experience operating multiple CNC and/or manual machines
- Comfortable working with mills and lathes
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
Level II Candidates:
- Experience setting up and operating multiple machines
- Background in metal finishing and/or robotic operations preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain production quality standards
