Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating events, supervising staff, and ensuring a smooth workflow across all departments. Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate and plan company events, meetings, and training sessions to promote team engagement and development.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on clerical tasks, filing systems, and office procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, equipment maintenance, and service contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Handle schedule management for executives and team members, including calendar organization and appointment coordination.
  • Oversee bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, expense tracking, payroll processing using QuickBooks, and budgeting support.
  • Maintain accurate records of human resources activities including onboarding, training & development programs, and employee files.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and team management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
  • Supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and financial recordkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in event planning, vendor management, and calendar scheduling.
  • Knowledge of human resources functions including onboarding, training & development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare environments is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records efficiently. Pay: $24.81 - $29.87 per hour
