Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict management, and loss prevention, while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment for employees and visitors.
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises and report any safety hazards or security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations. .
Requirements
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and the public.
