Lawn care and landscaping Team Member

Apex Lawns of Little Rock, LLC, is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care and Landscaping Team Member to join our team. If you have at least one year of experience and enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Team Member, you’ll play a key role in transforming outdoor spaces into stunning, well-maintained environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, trimming, edging and blowing.
• Planting, installing mulch, and maintaining flower beds and shrubs.
• Assisting with small landscape projects.
• Operating lawn care equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborating with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the role. To excel in this position, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and operating equipment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Dependability and the ability to work well in a team setting.
