Apex Lacrosse Event Staff – Westchester Showdown (June 20th & June 21st)

Position Overview

Apex Lacrosse Events is currently hiring Event Staff for the Apex Summer Kickoff taking place June 20–21, 2026 at West Chester University in Conshohocken, PA.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to help support tournament operations throughout the weekend. Staff members will assist in creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families attending the event.

Responsibilities

Event staff responsibilities may include:

• Team and player check-in
• Field operations and tournament support
• Scorekeeping and timing games
• Assisting tournament directors with event logistics
• Managing equipment and supplies
• Supporting overall event operations
  
  

Compensation & Perks

• $15 per hour

Dates: June 20–21, 2026

Location: West Chester University - West Chester, PA

Typical staff hours will run approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on assignments and event needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Prior sports or event experience is a plus, but not required
