Apex Lacrosse Event Staff – Summer Invitational (July 11th & July 12th)

Position Overview

Apex Lacrosse Events is currently hiring Event Staff for the Apex Summer Invitational taking place July 11–12, 2026 at Kirkwood Soccer Complex in New Castle, DE.

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented individuals to help support tournament operations throughout the weekend. Staff members will assist in creating a positive experience for players, coaches, and families attending the event.

Responsibilities

Event staff responsibilities may include:

• Team and player check-in
• Field operations and tournament support
• Scorekeeping and timing games
• Assisting tournament directors with event logistics
• Managing equipment and supplies
• Supporting overall event operations

Typical staff hours will run approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on assignments and event needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Prior sports or event experience is a plus, but not required
