Therapist in Training - Family Preservation Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a Therapist in Training to join our Family Preservation Team, providing in-home therapy and supporting clients in achieving their goals through strength-based, evidence-based practices. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers flexible scheduling to accommodate client needs and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals and families based on assigned programs
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-focused service plans
• Deliver services in various settings, including homes, community locations, or offices
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per agency and funding requirements
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
