RN - Adult Care

Role: Registered Nurse providing in-home care for adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts care plans based on patient needs and physician directives.
• Administers medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Responds to changes in patient conditions, reporting to physicians or supervisors.
• Provides health education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license for the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of RN experience.
  
  

Key Duties: Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care, ensuring safety and health optimization through medication management, condition monitoring, and effective communication with healthcare team.
