- Completion of a two-year AMA-approved respiratory care program; Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of clinical respiratory therapy experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Current Florida RRT license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (obtained within 6 months if necessary).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in PC use.
