Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Role: Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, responsible for overseeing all aspects of Respiratory Care Services, ensuring safe and high-quality patient care, and managing shift operations within the department.

Key Duties

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff, maintaining department standards and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
• Conduct patient respiratory assessments and administer medications and clinical modalities as prescribed.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of a two-year accredited respiratory care program, with an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred).
• Active Florida licensure (RRT or CRT), BLS required; ACLS and PALS within six months.
• Minimum five years of clinical respiratory therapy experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and PC skills.
