- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, maintaining department standards and compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
- Conduct patient respiratory assessments and administer medications and clinical modalities as prescribed.
- Completion of a two-year accredited respiratory care program, with an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred).
- Active Florida licensure (RRT or CRT), BLS required; ACLS and PALS within six months.
- Minimum five years of clinical respiratory therapy experience and one year of supervisory experience.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and PC skills.
