- Providing quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Conducting ongoing patient assessments and updating care plans based on condition changes.
- Offering clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Implementing department policies, goals, and procedures.
- Ensuring excellent patient service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (associate’s or bachelor’s degree).
- Current active RN license in the applicable state.
- Preferred: One year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, either obtained at hire or during orientation, with ongoing current certification.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills.
