Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based practices and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—adapting care to individual patient needs and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families, utilizing effective communication and setting patient goals to guide care.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor/mentor, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in technology and basic computer skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies respectfully and decisively.
